The Chengdu Chongqing Middle Line is an important component of the Yangtze River Corridor, which is the main channel of China’s “Eight Verticals and Eight Horizontals” high-speed railway network. The construction progress of the Lezhi section high-speed railway project has attracted more attention. In the future, the Chengdu Dazhou Wanzhou high-speed railway (Chengdu Dazhou Wanzhou high-speed railway) and the Chengdu Chongqing middle line high-speed railway will intersect here, and the stations will be shared on both tracks. From top to bottom, it actively implements the “14th Five Year Plan for Green Transportation Development” and proposes the “low-carbon and environmental protection” green concept at the beginning of the project construction. The winning bidder is required to innovate ecological protection ideas, start from the source, scientifically introduce and utilize new environmentally friendly materials, and promote the green development of engineering construction.
In the bidding for the digital exhibition hall before the Lezhi project, Sichuan Xinmeizhu Prefabricated Building Technology Co., Ltd. actively responded to the call, adhering to the principle of “effectively reducing the level of resource consumption throughout the project lifecycle” for Party A. With excellent design schemes, rich project construction experience, and the use of new technologies, processes, and environmentally friendly materials, it stood out among many bidding enterprises and won the bid. After more than 40 days, the Lezhi multifunctional digital exhibition hall has been fully completed and officially put into use.
The person in charge of Sichuan Xinmeizhu Prefabricated Building Technology Enterprise introduced that the exhibition hall is positioned with a building area of 920m ² and a usage area of 1415m ², showcasing five major sections: quality, safety, environmental protection, occupational health, and VR experience.
In terms of construction, we will break away from the traditional form of temporary steel structures or civil engineering in projects, actively practice the “four new” technologies, and adopt the concept of prefabricated modular houses: structurally, all are connected by bolts; On the exterior, the boards are produced in advance at the factory according to the design dimensions, and transported to the site for assembly according to the corresponding structure. It has the characteristics of environmental protection, free disassembly, recycling, and efficient installation, and even after disassembly, the reuse rate can reach over 80%. The design of the exhibition hall is aesthetically pleasing and innovative, yet also in line with the theme: the outer contour of the exhibition hall is based on the front of the high-speed rail, with elliptical lines. The exterior wall decoration adopts a wave shaped pure white aluminum plate and curtain wall glass, giving a sense of hierarchy and technology. The outer wall of the training center is designed with a high and low undulating mountain pattern, describing the responsibility and dedication of road and bridge people to navigate the mountains, build bridges when facing water, and travel the world.
The most distinctive feature is the design of a time axis cultural corridor with Sichuan Road and Bridge characteristics in the middle of the exhibition hall. The corridor resembles a time and space tunnel, which is very consistent with the nature of work of the main unit under construction of the high-speed rail project. The “front end” faces the “time and space tunnel”, which also symbolizes the high-speed rail crossing the time and space tunnel and heading towards a better future. Let us once again witness China’s infrastructure and speed.
