Shudao Group – Xixiang Project Headquarters

Project Overview
This project serves as the Xixiang Project Headquarters for Shudao Group, comprising 2,211 square meters of shipping containers, 176 square meters of steel structures, and 807 square meters of prefabricated modular units. From the overall landscape planning and design to detailed design, interior decoration, and construction, our company fully adopts the EPC model to provide a one-stop solution for our clients.
Design Philosophy: The entire project headquarters is tailored to the local conditions, fully integrating with the mountainous geographical environment of the area. We minimize earthwork to preserve the original landscape. We aimed to create a park-like office environment, breaking away from traditional layouts. The design adopts a courtyard-style configuration with a garden at the center and offices arranged around the perimeter. Sunlight panels are used in the open-air corridors, allowing natural light to flood the offices and offering views of the garden, fostering a sense of belonging among employees.
In addition, the project headquarters features eight guest rooms, each fully equipped with bathroom facilities, to accommodate visitors.
